I made the tomato soup and it was wonderful! DH and DD really liked it, but DS did not like it. I need to get it where he will like it because I plan on using all my frozen tomatoes this winter.
How would we help GwR tweak that soup so that even DS likes it?

I've sprinkled parmesan on it but maybe something other than the Tillamook cheddar I'm usually using. I can't think - Swiss be okay?
