Once again, my wife was tapped on the shoulder to help write the lesson plans for new IRS hires. She is one of 5 auditors that are now meeting in Tacoma, Wa. to create the new lesson plan that includes actual audits ( using made up names ) that have gone through the tax courts , quite involved audits, as well as new tax laws passed by Congress. She will then be teaching the new hires in January for 3 weeks , then once more in March for 2 more weeks.
