At White Plains trash is picked up 2 a week and every Wed is heavy items. In winter the garbage trucks are mounted with plows and sanders keeping streets clear of snow. This is paid with tax money

I'm THRILLED to finally hear good news about Republic's customer service.

Knowing you that has to be frustrating, you want to help but can't. Sometimes they just need to vent.

My step-son works in a VA call center. Before he moved into supervision/management he handled the New York City area. That was the hardest one they had to deal with, they were not always nice about it compared to other areas. He had the temperament to handle it, he has always been good with people, and did not break down when they got abusive like some people did. Still, some of those stories are hard on him. Sometimes you are just limited as to what you can do.
