those are wild!!!! What was the skin issue?

I think she said the skin was so noticeable because there was as much skin (or more) than pulp/juice.

Considering the size, there is a burst of juice, but the skin makes up a lot of the tomato. In a salad the tomato flavor may compensate for the skin.
