Went up to country house last night came back early this morning for work ( kennel very busy ) My heavy clay soil was baked to cement everything dried out and dieing. It is the end of June and the automatic sprinklers have not been turned on . Mon I am calling Tom my sprinkler man, I am done being nice. Going to suggest he replace everything thats dead, I know that willn't happen but bet it gets sprinklers turned on.

Yes he charges me $100 he has said a few times all his clients are in westchester I am the only one in Dutchess. Being in Dutchess wasn't a problem when I handed him $3,000 to put system in.

Can’t you turn them on yourself?

It is more then just turning on. He checks for leaks. If turned on a leak somewhere my well can be drained or spot flooded. He cames 2x a year to turn on and turn off he is suppose to check out whole system when there.
