Tiny tomatoes, Tiny Jalapenos

No Digits...they are in full sun. I can't for the life of me figure it out. I'm been growing tomatoes for the last 7 yrs. with no problem.

I did move them over about 10 ft. from where I used to plant them. I thought the new spot would be much better.

I'd suggest not enough nutrients but you said you adjusted your soil. Perhaps you just got a bad plant that didn't wanna take off... :/ Good luck with your next garden though.. :watering
