To Old Fashion

I just saw photo of the urns, they are amazing !!! about 5 feet high with swan handles and a pair !!! need to find heavy duty truck to pick them up.
When I moved these 200 pound radiators out of my barn, the guy who was taking them for disposal showed me how to load on a truck, his small truck, in this case. He leaned it up against the truck bed, we both lifted each one and pushed it in. Easy peasy, lemon squesy! Didn't evem strain out backs and that was AFTER I had tied each one to my dolly, used the thing for stairs and gotten them out of the 12 inch opening to my grain room, and then pushed like heck to get them to my garage, where he could load them up.
Just some ideas, in case you get frustrated with the weight.

Wow just beautiful, we too enjoy the pieces of times gone by
always preserving them. I gave my Mom several years ago a clock
that is similar..... Those urns are WOW

Good find/deal/gift Nyboy. They are really nice. I think the color black might have turned the wife off. If it was me I would paint them and distress them to make them look old. But like Cane says, don't mention that or the clock until they're loaded up. ;)

Good point Annette. Strike while the iron is hot!

My friend's sister gave me a free playhouse but I couldn't pick it up for almost a week due to her and my friend's schedule. I was a nervous nelly all that time thinking she might give it to someone else! Good deals, I always want to pick up asap.
