Yes, it is. And, that's something that I didn't know until January 6, 2021.
It looks like the only US grower organization that did anything about National Bean has cancelled any events. They represented bean farmers in Minnesota and North Dakota. Their website did link to recipe pages at CIAProChef. (Now, since this has to do with beans and humans - I figure that it's really a way to institute human bean mind-control and this must be the Central Intelligence Agency cooking things up!)
