Anyone have a good tomato soup recipe? I'd like something that maybe is a little creamy & has basil.

The one that I have also adds 1 TBSP each of chopped onion and celery, 2 TBSP sugar and a pinch of baking soda. It also has 2 cups broth instead of 3 and 2 cups of cream milk instead of 1. You also don't put it in the blender but peel your tomatoes first.
Either way, I'm sure you can add basil if you want. It is very rich tasting.
