I have solomons seal that I need to transplant...It has been so long since I planted them that I forget if they are an easy to transplant or are they finicky and hate to be moved????

I don't think they're fussy, a little like hostas. But real soon would be best. Have the leaves opened yet? Mine are just emerging.
