Under cement floor Drain Pipe Broke

Its so amazing that your landlord isn't responsible, but I remember something about lower rent and a great location. You've been having tooooooo many issues with that place, but band aids seem to be the best choice.
 
I didn't even know of this until a short while ago. In fact, until I looked at a couple of these cured-in-place pipelining ads on youtube, I didn't realize that it was epoxy ... thought that they blew a plastic tube in there ... well, maybe they do :hu.

Might this be a solution and is it locally to-code?

I have a very high rent in great location landlord fixes nothing his attitude you dont like it leave.
