Thanks for reminding me to call the water company!! We can negotiate such disasters as this on our bills.

Not here in NY I had a leak I didn't know about till water bill came $1.200. Water company didn't care about anythng said it was my problem, had no choice but to pay.

A man in the next town kept ignoring letters from the water department saying they thought he had a leak. $87,000!!!!! He had a leak outside in the yard-I don't know what it was for. He asked for an abatement and they refused because he ignored their warnings.

My internet service has been spotty, so I didn't see this before. So sorry to see that mess, Rebbetzin! Did it seem to you that the person who dug that out did as much damage as possible? (I'll pile all the dirt on the flowers, not on the other side of the hole!)
Or is that just my experience with things like that?
