What are you canning now?

Let's see, I put up 7 qts of green beans Saturday, and 5 qts today. Also put up 26 pints of bone broth today, 10 of turkey & 16 of chicken. Trying to get my freezer cleaned out.

I cleaned out my kitchen freezer, and I almost have the 7 cu ft freezer cleaned out. My 15 cu ft freezer arrives mid June. DD's have another 7 cu ft and we are planning what will go where.
I am behind on gardening but finally a little bit ahead on other problems.

I put up 15 pints of kosher dills today & 9 pints over the weekend. I've got green beans to do tomorrow.

I canned 3 pints of dill pickles spears. I never made them before, hope they are good. I just used dill seed and a simple vinegar/water/salt brine.

Sadly I can't eat tomatoes and really loved salsa, somewhere in here I think there's a salsa recipe made with peaches, would someone please bump the post up for me please. Please don't think me lazy, I've had way too many weeks with very little sleep, which I'm working on, thanks to @Beekissed

Personally, I'm still giving the idea of a peach salsa thought . It would have to just be an experiment in 2020 since there is likely to be plentiful tomatoes of aaallllll sorts and kinds!

(DW likes to just freeze cherry tomatoes and use them to make salsa, most any old time. She requires fresh cilantro and green onions but begins the process while the tomatoes are still frozen.)

Does anyone have a good recipe/method for pressure canning green beans? I have a gallon worth of beans I need to preserve and I have some in the freezer already. Want to try canning them.
