What is this tree?

I planted this tree many years ago that I got from a huge local nursery. It is a nice tree but not what it was labeled. Anyone know what it is?

How big is it now? How about a pic of the bark?

It is supposed to be a shagbark hickory. Maybe it has to get older before the bark shags? If so, I hope I live that long.

It is about 20 feet tall-15 years so so since I planted it. No flowers.
