The difference between these beasts and datura is that the datura is easily weeded out, and it's gone. Most of what you listed can be pulled and they're gone. Yes, they drop seeds that continue to germinate, but sooner or later they're gone. Not these campanulas. You will never be rid of them unless you dig, and dig, and dig. So go ahead and admire them, and plant them, all over your yard, if it pleases you - but for the rest of you who don't want to deal with them forever, seriously, don't.
