What kind of tree is this?

I'm not a tree person, except for my beloved smoke tree and crepe myrtles. This tree is at the place I'm moving to next June. Its very messy - I'm the gardener there right now so its fruits are all over the street, the sidewalks, etc.

It looks like a Bradford pear.

If you look close you can see the tiny ball of fruit under the leaves.
If it's a Bradford pear they are non fruiting except for those tiny balls. They are planted for the spectacular spring bloom. They are prone to limbs breaking though.

I’ve seen Bradford flowering trees but never that big. They were full grown. That’s what threw me off. Most likely were kept pruned.
