Here are some pictures ... if I can keep them in order after typing this on the pc, then uploading from the phone o_O:

The pumpkins are doing fine and, behind them, suddenly the winter squash has taken off!

The zucchini is really just trying too hard.

The cucumbers are fair to middling, every thing considered.

The melons have suffered big time from Junuary! Now is their chance to face some 90's and we will see how they recover.

I took pictures a couple of days ago, but the weeds are so bad. I have powdery mildew on squash, but the plants are huge and have flowers and I could probably pick a small zucchini tomorrow. The cucumbers have flowers. I actually ate a gold cherry tomato yesterday and there is a bell pepper on a plant pretty good size. I think things are going to take off now with this warm weather coming. I have to get the strings up on the pole beans. They are finally started to do something.

The Passport Galia melons have not changed in a week ... here are the Goddess Cantaloupes :)

Now contrast that with Yellow Doll Watermelon, one of the few survivors of June.

Barely clinging to life after record highs followed by 35°f temperatures and wind, wind, wind.

Pumpkins doing okay ;).

A lot of my plants seem frozen in time. I blamed the gardener, but two of my neighbors have said the same thing, so maybe I'll blame the weather.

Your poor little Yellow Doll Steve! My little Yellow Midget watermelons kept their cotyldon leaves for so long, but now have the first pair of true leaves.

Your pumpkin looks good!

Have you grown yellow midgets before? If so, pros and cons.
