Ha! Marie, there's nothing to it.
Krusteaz Pancake mix out of the box. Heaping cup of the mix and the equivalent of 1 (very ripe) banana of cooked sweet potato. It can be cooked in a microwave oven

Mash with a heavy fork or use a blender and beat it lightly into the flour with water. We have a special, dollar pancake griddle these days and that's the dough on it
