What's going on with my beans?

These are Capitano Bush Beans from Johnny's.
Some areas they grow really good and in other areas they get these red spots.
Could it be something in my soil?
A fungus of some sort?
Has anyone else had this problem or have you seen this?

i don't see that one here, but i do get various spots of anthracnose and sometimes white mold.

so much depends upon how much it rains and the air flow for fungal and bacterial diseases. because such diseases are well established and endemic here i don't spray the plants and instead only grow beans which survive them and still produce.
