Whats Your Favorite Herb or Vegetable?

I am plating lovage for the first time this season. I also have a good stand of fever few. I ended up not using any last year, but the plant is so pretty, I would put it in a garden even if it didn't have herbal/medicinal use.

Mattemma; it seems that you really like herbs, have you considered starting an herb garden?
