When can Broccoli be transplanted outside in zone 5b?

Mine was supposed to go out on April 7th (zone 6b), so I'd say you're right about on time!

I think you are fine right now- a few cold nights won't hurt it a bit. Just remember to harden off those seedlings first! Happy Gardening!
