You can pick cabbage anytime Cane. When it's actually mature depends on the variety. I'll pick Copenhagan Market when it's just under volleyball size, much longer and it's prone to splitting if we get a sudden downpour. Megaton, I won't pick until it's basketball size or larger. It's less prone to splitting.
