I had fun looking at the Wyoming info from the Weather Service.
The variability of the dates is remarkable!
I see Snake River, Wyoming. I don't know Wyoming but think I know the Snake River . . . in Idaho. Looked at the dates

If you want 90% assurance of a frost-free growing season - - you can't get it in Snake River, WY! The best looks like 17 days, on a coin-flip

Just chose short-season varieties, WyoWeed . . . and I hope you don't live in Snake River.
