I picked these flowers up from Lowes clearance section for $2. Any idea what they are?

Cineraria it is. They come in several colors and varieties, and they are also the Dusty Miller types with grey frilly leaves and smaller flowers that cluster.

Marshall, I could not think of a "garden flower" that looks like these! Good job.

Now, can you grow Cineraria somewhere other than in a greenhouse?

I suppose, if they can be an outdoor plant, somewhere like southern AZ might be the place for them.

Thank you marshallsmyth! and Carol Dee! I've been busy planting or I would have thanked you earlier for identifying them. I planted them outside and they attracted some bees:)
