I have learned the hard way not all my bright ideas are bright. Yesterday I got locked out at work and had to clime in a window. A new door was put in, I had the old hardware reused. There is a deadbolt I use to lock door, the door handle is a simple knob with a button in the middle that you turn to lock. I lost the key to handle lock and never use it. Some how a client or myself must have turned button while opening door. Locksmith charge $125 to cut new key for lock, because I never use don't want to spend money. What I would like to do is glue button in unlock position, would this work? What kind of glue?
