The original asking price was 750k, it's 675k (Euro's) now. The land is 11 acres.

That seems comparable to what it would be if it were in my area, especially with the water.

Really not a bad price. I thought more like 1M Euro’s.

In my area it would be at least 1M, probably more. This is an hours drive away in a less popuated part of the country, houses and land are a lot cheaper there!

I love it! I would defintely want to live there. The land is beautiful and the windmill is like a tiny house. Does it have a kitchen and bathroom?
