Does your mock orange bend over to the ground every time it rains or sprinkles ? I have 3 that are about 2 years old that I baught from the Master Gardener Sale . 2 pruned into small tree form and one multi- trunked shrub that do this every time and within a day the new growth make a "U" turn reaching for the sky. :idunno

Uh, oh.

I don't think this one does that but all these are growing unattended.

There is a "something bush," i don't know and don't really like it, that grows like that between The dahlia and little veggie garden. It is bigger than just about the biggest of the mock oranges and has few redeeming values other than that it stays healthy.

I tied it last year with a rope - circumference. Couldn't see that rope but I took it off after the 1st frost. Bush still looks okay but I bet it tries that again, soon.
