We have two more days of stupid intense heat and humidity~!! :rant
Friday DH had trouble with the heat, SO yesterday morning I turned on the AC in the LR. HE happily watched college football yesterday, and felt very good.
We have a burn warning bc it's been so dry. Rain Monday Night and probably Friday, so the bonfire Will happen.
DD's took my chargers and lost them in the back bedroom. I will find a good 1/2 hr sometime today to find the one for the chainsaw bc I need to free up the 2 years dead larch so that DH can drag it out to the bonfire pile. HE thinks there is enough fuel to last for hours. I KNOW that what is out there will be ashes in about 3 hours time, not enough for my party.
IF I don't think it's wet enough DH and I will drain the Inner Sanctum cistern to thoroughly wet around the bonfire pile to keep it from burning my grass there.

I waited until 6 to turn on sprinklers since our coldest temperatures have been about 7AM lately. Running them for 90 minutes. Maybe successful in avoiding the damage.

It is supposed to be a sunny day and tomorrow's high 70⁰f (21⁰C). We will see ...

the past few days we've not even hit the dewpoint overnight. that is very very unusual here.

this current forecast has us down for slight chances of rain this early evening so i should be able to pick beans as much as my legs will let me before dark, but we'll see.

then we have chances of rain tonight and into the early morning. back to sunny but much cooler the rest of the week. i'll take it. i don't like being cold, but i really don't like getting overheated either.
