Same as Dahlia’s report, winter in comin in like a lion. I’m still claeaning up from the rain/wind storm last week with 40-60mph winds. Everything is peppered with a variety of garden debris.

another frosty morning but it warms up by this afternoon so i should be able to get outside for a few hours of putting up gardens.

It was 62F in the house this morning. I turned off the AC and switched to heat.

Chilly 40F damp cold overcast marine layer foggy with grey skies.
Would you believe my dehumidifier catches enough water in the house to water the indoor plants ? Yeap it’s true… in winter’s when the water bin is full I don’t throw out the water the dehumidifier catches from the high humidity in the house… I use it to water the plants.
So what do ya all think ? True or false?

Yesterday's official temperatures: 30⁰f low, 39⁰f high (-1⁰C, 4⁰C). Short thermometer. Honestly, with all the coast to coast hoopla ongoing and for today, combined with a dense fog locally, I suspect that lots of little kids will be too scared to leave the house tonight
