We must have had a month of rain fall yesterday. We were supposed to have a few dry hours, that didn't happen because even heavier rain fell.

This morning we have blinding sun and our temperature is currently 7c feeling like 4. Humidity is 90% wind 24km.

We are due more rain in the afternoon.

I got Nancy out earlier because she could barely get out yesterday. As the rain was really bad.

Finally some snow amounting to more than an inch. It's continuing with little flurries, now and then over about 18 hours. Coming from Canada but I think that British Columbia is keeping most of it north of the border.

I checked the Weather Service information and all but one of our recent 30 years first snowstorm of 1 inch + have been in November or October. Before more falls, I may be able to move this December snow off paths and sidewalks with a broom. Let's go out and see.

i'm glad to see the southern Rockies picking up some more snow recently. a critical thing for the water supply out there.

today here it is blue sky and cool but nothing major for snow other than a light dusting overnight.

Last week we had below zero with frost on the garden. This week it's been double figures and a lot of rain.

This morning it's 3c feeling like 2.and 96 humidity. No rain forecasted

we had a light dusting of snow and it was a full moon shining on me a few minutes ago.

today is sunny with a high of 20F.

i'll go out for a few minutes this morning and shovel just to make sure there's some spots of bare cement for Mom to drive on. hopefully it will all be gone when the sun gets to any of it even if it is cold out there.

it looks like tonight will be a cold night of 8F and Sunday night forecast goes down to 1F, but they've changed those forecasts before enough that i don't really count them as very accurate until they happen.

I hadn't realized that we are already at the full (super) moon moment.

It has been so cloudy that the sun hasn't appeared and, likely won't today. Snow is falling at both airports but hasn't covered my cleared paths. Maybe it will all disappear tomorrow. The WS hasn't changed the prediction of rain and has jacked-up temperatures.

The peppers in the greenhouse froze when the temperatures hit the Fahrenheit teens. I should be able to get the plants in the stealth compost locations after the rain/snow stops. Winds are supposed to show up by Tuesday to blow all of our moisture over the mountains. At least, we aren't looking at any single
