Dense fog this morning with airport visibility at 1/8th of a mile. At its distant location yesterday AM, the fog was here at home but not there at the airport.

"Strong Inversions," the Weather Service says. Air quality is good ..! What a contrast to years ago when so many people heated with wood, coal and oil. As car traffic ramps up today, air quality is supposed to deteriorate to moderate.

Not 1 drop of sunshine reached the neighborhood yesterday.

Foggy here this morning as well heavy rain

It's feeling like a dirty cold very damp day. N9 such thing as a blue sky or sunshine.

Currently according to this forecast. It was claiming to have light rain 🤔 . Yeah right.
Again according to this forecast..
It's 6c feeling like 4, soon to drop to three. 94 percent humidity. Air quality 2 low air pollution.

I beg to differ on this air quality

5c but feels like 2

Dry and cloudy according to the forecast, it's been cloudy. It has been cloudy all day, so they got that right. But it is far from dry it's hissing down by the bucket load.

Yesterday was the 4TH consecutive day of not being able to even see the location of the sun above the clouds in the sky. Today at Noon, it's the same story. No Sun , at Noon!

The most recent 2 days: High 32°f (0°C), Low 29°f (-2°C). High 31f (-1C), Low 28f (-2C). Shortest dang thermometer imaginable!

The local utility service wants to increase our electric rates 25%, they tell us. This mild Winter might be an excuse. Of course, there are lower fuel bills. And, with no sunshine –– there are no shadows.
