Nice today lots of sunshine but a bit chilly and light frost with a slight breeze.

Tomorrow it will actually rise above freezing to 2C/36F, hallelujah!! Feels like Christmas Eve tonight. I'm always grateful for spring, but this winter is a whole new level of anticipation. It's still going to drop back down Sat night to -34C/-29F, but I'll take what I can get in the meantime! Yes, Virginia, there is an end to Winter.

We have "exceeded 60 days of rain since December last year".
It's allegedly been the forth wettest January and February in 120 years .

I honestly do not recall in my lifetime rain being as continuous as this. This IMHO is by no means natural.

We had a break yesterday morning for bearly two hours of a clear sky. Before the spitfull wicked witch of the north, decided to cover our sky in filthy grey only to pee down on us yet again.

Currently at 3am, and according to this bs forecast, it's 6c due to drop to 5c at 7am, with half cloud and a little sun humidity at 87

:old :rantThey should employ me as a weather reporter. Or employ someone that says it, exactly as it is

A sunny day and the first to hit 50°f (10° C) since before Christmas. Yes, it feels like April.

Just to celebrate, here is a short little song by JJ Cale. Grasshopper — how appropriate for gardening anticipation :D!

I'm very happy that J J received significant recognition for his work during the final years of his life. Yeah.

we now have a day next week in the forecast to go above 60F. crazy talk but then again we've had flowers on strawberry plants on March 11th before so it surely could happen.
