Atmospheric river has been steadily raining all week and up to 4” in 24 hours in some areas north of here. The rain is flooding in some areas near by. Thank goodness I live up in the mountains high enough from floods but we are socked in due to roads down hill which are flooded out or trees blocking the roads. We are right under the PNW rain/ HEAVY WIND pattern. Weather has been warm in 50F. Wind chill and rain makes it feel like 44F. Soggy realestate all week.

Ir was bad here yesterday Google lied and said light rain with dry intervals.
It was heavy rain a gusts of wind I thought the scaffolding was going to come down.

The forecasts we definitely can't rely on any more. I've read 3 and they are all different
One forecast say heavy rain again, another temperatures as low as 2c with snow.

It's been saturated here. The wind was so bad I could barely let the dog out.

It's really cold, but less windy today. Thankfully another plus is we have some sun

snow and windy today. rain this afternoon and then back to snow tonight. not too bad tomorrow but snow will be back on the ground Saturday night and Sunday up to 5 inches total. what does that mean? cold and wet - how much? roll the dice...

Snow is here also. The Weather Service is reporting 2 inches and that it will continue.

I don't think that I will have to worry much about it because our afternoon temperatures are supposed to be above 40⁰f (4⁰C). Rain should be accompanying the snow by afternoon. Some wind is predicted tomorrow.

The tarp may be needed back in the greenhouse to cover some potted plants by Saturday PM. There won't be much warmth gained during daylight.

All in one go, we have had snow hailstones and rain here. This is a first for me.

I'm glad you are getting some sun! We are supposed to get some tomorrow! Maybe I'll go for a bike ride! Today will just be rainy in the morning and then partly cloudy later.
