Santa delivered, so ..?

I bet all the fresh veggies you are eating have something to do with that. (And slogging to the garden in high temps & working long hours out there)
 
Sometimes I think, "This is gonna kill me!"

Usually, it has to do with reaching and stretching and I know it will take some time.

I just go ahead and do it. I can puff and blow. Stand and catch my breath. Try it again. Usually, I can get through it and physically feel better for having done so! I ain't dun in ... I move on :D.

Yay for Steve! Skinny Minnie! I managed to go on vacation and gorged myself on food. Came home and I still weighed the same! I'm still looking for the late repercussion to hit. :hide

Carol, do you know how amazing your weight loss is? Statistically, at our age, very few people have the will power and drive to take that much weight off and keep it off.
You may have said already: have you totally changed your relationship with food? What is the main thing you are doing differently? besides making yourself walk and exercise more? Are you on a low carb diet or any other particular kind of diet?
