My dad and I met the dog warden for coffee last night and worked out a deal. I really hope my father honors deal. The warden will turn a blind eye to my father walking dog without leash, my dad can not leave his block. My dad can walk around his block as much as he wants , most of the people he visits with while dog walking are on the block. Fingers crossed

It helps that everyone he knows is on the same block. That should work but your dad does seem to have a stubborn streak. Hope he doesn't wonder beyond to spite you. Haha

She is someone who really cares, not just about cashing a pay check. I know in the beginning my dad will be good, it once a little tie passes that I worry.

But really. A dog under control...why is she watching him so closely? Did someone report him for not picking up after hhis dog?

He lives in a city. You never see dogs roaming they are picked up right away. I do support leash laws, my dad doesn't.
