In Australia we had a Viking , I'm sure that's the name ~ bought it used off Ebay ~ did replace the bearings in the deck ~ not a problem ~ cut a few acres ~ no problem ```

It was a used JD from long ago. Whatever could break, did. Our new one is4 years old. Just maintanence on this one.

My nephew took my dad and mower to repair shop, the guys laughed at my dad

You are in wrong part of country. Fairly sure my mechanic can fix it. He fixed my 2 wheel sycle mower. Welded my lawn mower back together after my wife decided to take the front tire off of tractor and side of mower deck-while mowing & she says she didn’t hit anything. & she’s sticking with that story....

Not sure it is very strange looking told my dad i will take it. He said he tried cleaning spark plug willnt start after that

Could be he changed the gap on the plug, thus stopping it from firing. Check to see if plug is firing. If so, check to make sure it’s getting fuel.
