I let Larisa in Russia know about Alex also, below is her response

I know, Carol. I sometimes go to the page of his nursery on the Internet.
I bank his gifts that he sent to me (like yours). I am very sorry that he worked too much and did not rest. He really wanted to come to Russia, but did not have time ... I sent for him video discs with films about the palaces in St. Petersburg and about the museums he loved. In English. I hope this could be a small compensation for the lack of travel.
He loved life very much.
In addition, I am sure that here, on this Earth, we are only guests. And each of us, sooner or later, will return home to the world of light and love. I hope his path was easy.
But of course, this does not negate the sadness and bitterness that I feel when thinking of him. My family is sad with me, because they all knew him from my stories and hoped that he would come to receive him.

Thank you for writing me!

I also let Smart Red know as she had not been on TEG for a spell, her response is here:
A sadness of heart. You all are my soul family and Alex the funny, quirky, caring brother we loved to taunt and lean on. I feel sorrow for his family in New York as well as for our family here. He will be missed and much remembered.
Thanks for letting me know.

Just wanted to let you all know I am talking with @Nifty about adding a new emoji to the forum here in memory of Alex. I'll let you know how we're proceeding soon.

I still can't believe he's gone and will miss his posts and stories very much! He was such an incredible person.
