How about freeze dried gas? Just dump some Drano looking crystals into your gas tank and fill it up with water

if you have the ability to keep something stable that has been compressed to a huge degree (like solid hydrogen metal) that would surely be interesting... how diamonds managed to get how they are, well how come they don't come apart? interesting science and facts around those... i haven't looked into it recently but i think that hydrogen metal is produced by using diamond anvils.

How about something that automatically weeds the garden for you. Like one of the robot vacuums but you program it to pull up anything growing that doesn't belong in that area.
