What do y'all think this is? It popped up in my veggie garden over the winter. My plant ID app says fleabane.

horseweed has much thinner leaves (IMO based upon a quick search). we have plenty of what you've posted, i just call them miniature daisies or wild daisies). the seeds blow in every year. they get buried/composted with all the other weeds in a garden (free fertilizer and organic material 
).

Like these? This is fleabane (although I've always called them "tiny wild daisies" as well

I've been looking up some other similar weeds, and there are quite a few that look like this! I agree that it might be something else.

That sounds smart. It definitely will help identify the plant.leave one to flower.
