Today is my official first day of being a non smoker. I know that I can do this because I have stopped so many times in the past. I'm starting this journal to keep track of my feelings due to the cravings and coming up with ideas that will help me also others that are struggling to stop smoking. Have an amazing day.

I cant think of a stricter test of a persons “Integrity” than quitting smoking, in which case; journaling might be a helpful tool.

Integrity = doing what’s right, when no ones looking!🫢

Hope it goes well? Mike

Thank you and so far it's been a challenge but I have managed not to break down and buy any cigarettes at all.

Today has been a challenge but I still haven't smoked a cigarette today. I went to the store twice and both times I looked at the shelf and said "No smoking." That ended me thinking about buying any. I am going to make a list of all the things that cause me to want to smoke. I am then going to make a list of all the things that I can do instead of smoking.
