Shoot no, but it sure would come in handy!!! Our milk bill is a hefty one, but whole organic milk is so nutritious that I feel it's worth it... about $60 a month. It's a huge chunk of our animal protein besides eggs & chicken.

hang a basket? wall decoration? If you hang a basket on the wall for decoration, it will collect dust. What kind of decoration is that? I can't imagine trying to properly clean all those grooves & in between weaves! I like picture frames or just plain old wall paint.. they collect less...

The way I see it, the best practice would be to grow them and re-save seed every year or couple of years, as Lesa said. Not JUST because of viability of the seed, but if THE BLEEP DOES hit the fan, well, that HARDLY seems the time to "get to know" a new variety of vegetable and all it's quirks...

My backyard is both the National Park & Cherokee National Forest... I'm IN them mountains, and Gatlinburg is 40 minutes down one road, Knoxville 40 minutes down another, Johnson City or Bristol, TN 40 min down another... same as Asheville, NC.. but 1 hour down the road. We have a GREAT...
