Hope they have flood inssurance

They do. It is pouring down again. It rained last night in their area and it is raining some more. She went to Lowes to get a small refrigerator for upstairs this morning. I told her to get a small microwave too so she can at least warm up a can of soup. She said she was going to the grocery store for stay-in-place survival food. LOL

Vast areas of Texas are flooding. Ya'll please pray for Texas and the people that have been/are flooded.

Will be thinking of everyone in that area! It looks like its pretty much just training over them!
It's coming here next with days of rain forecasted for us too, guess I need to go get started picking up stuff outside & getting prepared...ugh

Yeah, go to the store and stock up on easy things to prepare in case your power goes off. Hope you're on high ground!

Thanks! Usually always stocked up & prepared bc of hurricane season. The wind is kicking, now waiting for the storms!
There is no high ground around here.....unfortunately
