A few pics from the new guy- Warning pic heavy

Thought I would share a few pics of some of the flowers I am growing this year. I plan on adding a bunch of Dahlias and Bearded Iris in addition to
a whole section of tulips and daffodils in the spring.

This is Aleister. He watches over the front yard and the garden

I loved the aged look of the fence but I was told by our association that we had to paint it this year. It's now white. I think it lost all it's charm.
Now I am going to have to plant all kinds of things to trail up and over it so I can hide it. lol

Love the pics!! Great looking plants...the 3rd pic down, the dark green foliage with the BLUE beautiful blooms, what is that?? My MIL had it in her garden but i forgot to ask about it... I'm always peppering her with questions about her garden!! Welcome!!

I would have painted my fence for the HOA no problem... hope they wouldn't mind black with white polka dots!?

I think that is Spiderwort. Mine has become too shaded and is not blooming nicely like theirs.

The Next time the association decides you have to paint the fence/ Paint the side they see and leave your side rustic!!!
