What a great opportunity for your son! All that responsibility and sounds like a great job to boot! Congrats to him for paving the way for many good employees to be able to serve the community there at the airport!

Our son is not only hiring/ training all of the maintenance staff, but he also has to coordinate all their activities/ timing from the parking lots, to runways, to air terminal, to airport screening, so he is having daily meetings with the heads of those departments and US National Airport Security as well as keeping the board of directors and Portland City officials informed of all activities. In other words daily meetings and more meetings, etc.
