It was suggested a few days ago that we have an emoji added here in memory of Alex. I chatted with @Nifty about our options and here is what we can do. We can use any of the images here: https://www.stockunlimited.com/

For something specifically related to TEG/plants, here are some example searches:

https://www.stockunlimited.com/vector-image/?word=flower&source=search&category=icon

How we'd like to proceed...

1) We need you all who knew and loved Alex to search/find ones you like (images shouldn’t be too big and/or should be able to be resized as relatively small smilies)

2) Reply to this thread and post a link to the one(s) you like best.

3) You all can then use the “like” button on the posts that have the images that you like best. Unless we have a clear winner there, we can then create a poll to decide which one we can use.

I know this will be a very unpopular question, how does anyone see using this emoji?

For me, when I hear a story or a caper that reminds me of NY or if I just want to include him in my post, I'll post that emoji. It's simple, says it all and everyone will know what I'm saying without me having to elaborate.
