I'm pretty sure I wouldn't add the sweet potato peels, though. I know what mine were grown in, and I don't want to eat it.
I guess the commercially grown sweet potatoes are scrubbed more efficiently than I can at home, but, still...
I have been adding spinach and chard to my smoothies lately. I still have a ways to go before it stops tasting like dessert, what with the mixed frozen berry/cherry blend, a banana, raw milk and egg.
Is chia better than flax seed? (taste and nutrition?)

I like toasted flax seed. They have a nutty taste that I like. Chia have a funny texture for me though I have eaten then as porridge with coconut milk, honey, and walnuts. It was very good.
