I used to, until I witnessed my husband do it with milk that went BAD! His face and the sounds he made... NOPE, I'll never be the one to look like that.

NO need for sniffing here either! We have a Jersey cow so we have tons of clabber, milk, butter, buttermilk, sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, mozzarella, ricotta and starting on hard cheeses because she is giving me 3 gallons a day with 1/2 gal of heavy cream you have to scrape off of the spoon. That's milking 1x a day! I love my cow, my chickens love my cow, our dogs love my cow and our garden loves my cow...plus my cow loves my garden.
