Most likely. And I can't get into it without smashing the housing.

I really don't think bulbs labeled long life last any longer. I have a outside light that you need the big ladder to replace bulbs. I got tired of replacing 2x a year so spent 4x price for bulbs that suppose to last 10 years. Year later both burned out

We have had an outside garage light still working for 16 years. The other side burned out two years ago and I didn't replace it with the same wattage, it's much brighter, so it gives the garage kind of a surprised look.
