Well, I didn't know it wasn't paste ..!
I cut into the wrong loaf! This is the potato bread ... One of the others is carrot. Won't know which is pumpkin until I take the first slice.
These yeast breads use even less veggies than the quick, dessert breads. @journey11 will not be getting through quickly following this route ...

And your potato bread uses fresh potatoes?
They're very handsome loaves, looks very tasty!
We usually eat one loaf fresh out ofthe oven , sliced hot with butter on it. The best!

Yep.
Pumpkin soup is in my future.
With 1 yeast bread made with pumpkin and 3 loaves of pumpkin quick bread - I'm still taking half of the pumpkin to the freezer.

Well, the cream cheese on a slice of hot pumpkin bread ...
Two cups of pumpkin won't put much of a dent in @journey11 's pumpkin pile but I've posted a video on that other thread she can use to distract her kids while she carts some outdoors for the critters
Mary, you can drive to Half Moon Bay sometime to give it a try.

That's a good idea. I think the horse might like a pumpkin for Christmas.
