I planted
54 Cubanelle Pepper seeds, a variety from , where else, Cuba
45 Diamond Eggplant seeds, a variety from Ukraine

They are in the closet under shop lights.

That doesn't mean that they will all come up! I planted the whole packet.
I have goji seeds I need to plant too. There is supposed to be 50 in each packet, I got red ones and black ones. I like goji berries.

That almost sounds like a commercial operation. :thI've grown both of those, they are very high yielding. How many plants of each will you actually keep? I freeze a lot of eggplant every year, but 9 plants of Diamond gives me all the eggplant I can handle, with plenty left to give away.

Do you peel, slice and blanch the eggplant to freeze it? Do you vacuum seal it? Diamond is a new variety to me.

The Cubanelle Pepper sounded intriguing. Do youfreeze that also or pickle them?

@seedcorn don’t be silly. Plants have make parts, but one doesn’t cut them off. LOL
